All Sales Are Final
Because every item in our store is made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:
- Choosing the wrong size (please check the size guide carefully!)
- Choosing the wrong color
- "Buyer's remorse" (changing your mind after the order is produced)
Since we do not hold inventory, we have no way to restock or resell returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our gear. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily offer a free replacement or a full refund.
How to file a claim:
- Take a clear photo of the damaged item (showing the issue).
- Take a photo of the packing slip (if available).
- Fill out our Contact Form within 30 days of delivery. Please select "Order Issue" as your subject.
*You usually do not need to return the damaged item to us. We will ship a replacement free of charge once the photos are verified.
Lost in Transit
If your tracking number says "delivered" but you can't find the package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first.
If the package is officially lost in transit by the carrier (tracking stops updating for 10+ days), we will file a claim and send you a replacement free of charge.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout!
If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to our print facility, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend it to the correct address. We cannot offer refunds for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Our automated system sends orders to production very quickly (often within hours).
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately via our website. If production has not started, we can cancel and refund you. Once the printing process begins, we are unable to cancel the order.
